Nice cozy place to get away! Summersville lake access less than a mile away and town is 10min away for food and shopping.

Great place to stay! Very close to both the National park and state parks. Super clean and cute place and the host was very responsive. Very peaceful scenery. A bit chilly at night, would recommend bringing an extra blanket.

Excellent hosts and very neat location! We list power because of the major storm that came through, and the hosts made sure we were ok and brought lanterns for us. They made sure to run a generator so that the well pumps still ran.

Wonderful place to stay and a lot of fun activities to partake in like zip lining and rafting. Michael was a great host very understanding and helpful. Looking forward to staying at the chalets again for our next adventure.

Check in was very easy. Cabin was very clean and had plenty of towels. We appreciated there being beach towels as well. Didn't need any of the kitchen supplies, but good to know it was all there if we needed. Convenient location.

Sliding door lock doesn't work. There is a piece of wood there to "lock" the door. Heaters and A/C units worked good. Didn't try to use the living area A/C because it looked broken. Rough lumber interior was nice to see. Few gaps between planks allow to you peek into kitchen from bathroom and vice versa. Hot tub surface felt slick and a piece of chewed gum got stuck to my knee.

Overall a great, easy stay and good unit. Location is awesome and very close to the lake.

Nice place! Some lights would really make the outdoor space lovely with how dark it is, and there is a loud dog somewhere near by, other than that, a very well maintained and cute place for a getaway

this place was amazing super clean and really peacefull. the hot tub was like heaven on earth it was soooooooooooooo hot but not to hot like perfect we made lasting memories that will last a life time and so could you we will for sure return here if possible couldnt think of a better place to stay

Awesome place!

We absolutely love summersville and spend most of our summer there on weekends! This is very close to battlerun campground, in fact only a 2 minute drive to the docks and campground. I love that it is pet friendly, that saves me $90 a night just in boarding! I absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet on a rainy evening at this cabin. The hot tub is a major plus only recommendation is maybe a light out there, it was very dark getting in at night. The cabin was very cute and cozy! My kids loved it as well. I've already looked into dates to rent again for summer!

The place was beautiful, and better than I imagined. Had a perfect time staying there, and it was near everywhere we were planning to check out on our trip to new river gorge

Really nice stay at his A frame. The cabin included a hot tub which was terrific for the pricing. I do warn if you plan on going during the winter, make sure you have a car that can handle snow and ice!

Charming Chalet! We arrived on a cold winter evening, but Michael had the heat on and ready for our us. We felt so welcome in the cozy space. Our daughters were delighted with the loft, and my husband and I slept well in the comfortable downstairs bedroom. The private hot tub was everyone's favorite part after the long day's drive. The kitchen had ample supplies to cook our meal, and the bathroom was fresh and clean. We'd love to return the next time we're in the area!

I would stay there again but it got fairly noisy in the morning dogs were barking in the main lodge/cabin. People were loudy talking but overall it was an ok stay. Didn’t realize the cabins are so close to the roadway

The cabin was very clean. I was given great instructions on how to get to the cabin, how to check in, and how to check out.

Great place for a getaway! The host was very descriptive of the location of the chalet and it was super easy to find. Great, private location with beautiful views! Definitely recommend!

Place was a nice and cozy cabin. It was clean and comfortable. Had a little difficulty finding the location but we had a great time.

Lovely space so peaceful and the hot tub is amazing. Super cool all wooden cabin.

Michael was so kind to allow us to have an early check in. There was a slight miscommunication with the cleaner about the check in but that was cleared up quickly and Michael communicated his apologies. Our stay was lovely and memorable. We recommend Michael’s place if you are in the Summersville area.

The bed frame was wooden and felt honestly broken on the right side it was slouched, the futon was covered not as good as grey futon in listing picture, the tub stop inside the hut didnt work (no baths) no actual parking, a rotted AC unit in the back of the unit, Salt pepper and cooking utensils, pans to cook on non stick and extremely used. 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people (listing said bring toiletries) Bed in downstair hard and could feel springs while sleeping. Hot tub and pet friendly the plus and may be the attraction 210$/day
My opinion worth 140$/day including fees.

Great place to stay. Easy instructions to follow. Micheal sent very friendly and proactive emails leading up to our stay. Very cozy, private hot tub right outside the cabin. Would stay here again!

Michael was very quick to respond on such a short notice and the place was ready within 30 minutes! This place was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. He was very friendly, provided us with extra fire wood and it was the perfect escape away after a long day. The location is convenient to a lot of the areas attractions and I’d highly recommend staying here!! We are definitely coming back soon 🙂

Quiet and peaceful with lots to do near by! Great place to stay!

Loved relaxing in the hot tub while start gazing after a long day of hikes and breweries. We used both the a/c and the heat and both worked no problem. It was a peaceful stay which was exactly what I wanted! Would definitely stay here again

Michael was very helpful and responsive. We had plenty of towels, dishes, and bedding. You have some neighbors in other cabins but the location itself is pretty secluded which is good if that’s what you want.

We had a great time at Fish Net! It was the cutest little cabin. Very cozy and we felt just like home. Had everything we needed and more. The place was very clean and taken care of. Not much to do in the area because of the off season, but it’s a great place for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

The chalet was beautiful and just as pictured! Michael was helpful and always quick to respond. At one point, we were having some difficulties working the heater/fireplace, and within just a couple minutes someone was over to show us how to use it. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway!!

Stayed here for a couple nights to explore the New River Gorge. The chalet was lovely! Clean and well supplied, close to everything, but still with plenty of privacy. And the hot tub was amazing. Michael was helpful and friendly, and I had an wonderful stay.

I can’t wait to come back. Booked last minute because our hotel pool was broken. Super easy to contact and communicate with. Super cute cabin. My son loved the loft area. I loved the hot tub.

This was a great cabin for a cozy weekend getaway. The space had everything you need- we enjoyed cooking, the tv had Netflix/Hulu/Amazon prime access for movies at night, and the hot tub was great! This is a great location if you are looking to spend the day hiking in the new river gorge national park- it is 20-25 min away. Overall we had a great stay! Michael was a great host, if you have any problems or questions he responds right away and is extremely helpful.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this cabin. The furniture and appliances are all new and convenient, and we particularly appreciated the few extras, like the hot tub, gas grill and fire pit. The description of amenities is accurate, I suggest to read it carefully to know how to prepare. The chalet is surrounded by beautiful trees, and it felt private even with the other houses nearby. Michael is a friendly and responsive host, who is available if you need anything.

Overall, great time! Loved the cabin and the hot tub. Did not get to test out fire pit. The communication was great. The power did go out, but the heat still worked and the owner did do a partial reimbursement for that which was appreciated.
There were utensils, coffee pot, and microwave but little things (wine opener, bottle opener, condiments) were not available. Not a big deal, just good to know to bring it with you. Cute, cozy, and clean. I hope to come back at some point!
